But if you can afford to share your blessings with your downline once in a while, and especially if most of the profit you’re enjoying comes from them, then go ahead and do so! This will further cement their loyalty to you and inspire them to work even harder.

Encourage them to think out of the box.

Last but not the least, encourage and train your downline to think out of the box. You can’t be with them every step of the way but by teaching them to think out of the box, you can be sure that they’ll survive and maybe even succeed in the times that you aren’t physically present to guide them in their actions and decisions.
